This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and delivered.


1. Order Processing & Production Times

Because our products are made to order, processing and production times may vary depending on the item.

Estimated Production Times

  • Apparel (shirts, hoodies, sweats): 2–7 business days
  • Jewelry & Engraved Gifts: 2–5 business days
    • 925 Sterling Silver Grade Products are Custom 3d Printed: Up to 21 Day lead time
  • Accessories / Home Decor: 3–7 business days
  • Custom Items (engraving, specialized materials): 3–10 business days

Production time does not include shipping time.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the fulfillment partner and item type.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after the item has been produced and handed to the carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or high-volume seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Item type
  • Weight and size
  • Fulfillment partner
  • Chosen shipping method

Some items may have free shipping when available and indicated.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipping.

5. Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners, your items may ship separately.

This is normal and does not affect your shipping cost.

Our products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted production partners. Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they are produced in different facilities.


6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States
  • Most International destinations

Countries we cannot ship to due to restrictions include:

  • Certain regions experiencing carrier shutdowns
  • Countries with prohibited import regulations

If your destination becomes restricted, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • Handling fees

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not able to predict or control customs charges.


8. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment/unit number
  • Unclaimed package

You may be responsible for reshipment costs.

We cannot refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information.


9. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Confirm the address used during checkout.
  3. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).
  4. Contact your local post office or carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered, but we will help however we can.


10. Delays Outside Our Control

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs inspections
  • Peak seasonal volume (e.g., holidays)
  • Global or regional shipping disruptions
